“Me, my husband & my daughter just returned from a week at Tuscany Manor in Palm Springs, CA. It is a beautiful place, great location & the grounds are kept perfect. Pete was very helpful & friendly. He greeted everyone daily; made us feel so welcomed and informed us of events going on nearby. He recommended things to do and was very informative about the area. He seemed to really enjoy his job and had a great personality. We have stayed at places before where you could tell people did not enjoy their jobs and it showed in the way we were treated, we did not return to those places. It was such a relaxing and friendly environment with the perfect views. We cannot wait to come back again. Thanks for a great week.”

“We are a family of 5 who stayed for 6 nights at the Tuscany Manor in April 2009.
There are 25 single story suites that surround the pool area, courtyard and grounds. The pool area has a large heated pool, hot tub, several tables, two large BBQs, and pop machines. Each suite had its own small patio and two deck chairs. We loved visiting with the other residents by the pool, or stopping by for cocktail with the neighbors on the patios. I would definitely stay here again. It is restful, great service and close to the amenities."

You get a lot of old world charm with modern amenities at a very reasonable price. Very quiet at night with pool and bbq during the day to keep you busy and do some good personal cooking experience. Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Tuscany Manor requires all cancellations to be made 72 hours before your arrival. If cancellation is made after this, a fee that is equivalent to a one-night room rate will be applied.
Q: Do we offer a late check out?
A: We charge $35.00 per hour up until 3:00 pm at which time you must check out.
Q: Do we have laundry facilities?
A: Yes, we have 2 washers and 2 dryers. They are both coin operated.
Q: What do we do if we check in past 5 pm?
A: If you arrive later than 5pm please go to the main office and find your name on the door and it will tell you what room to go to and the door will be unlocked. The key will be on the table. Please come in and check in at the office first thing the next morning.
Q: Are you pet friendly?
A: We do have some pet friendly rooms. There is a daily $35 pet charge and we do need advanced notification.
Q: Are there personal appliances in the room?
A: We do provide coffee makers and microwaves in the room. We can loan out hairdryers on a first come first serve basis.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, Visa, and Cash.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We offer street parking at the front of the property and behind the resort as well.
