Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and cash.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Tuscany Manor requires all cancellations to be made 72 hours before your arrival. If cancellation is made after this, a fee that is equivalent to a one-night room rate will be applied.
Q: Do we offer a late check out?
A: We charge $35 per hour up until 3pm at which time you must check out.
Q: Do we have laundry facilities?
A:Yes! We have two washers and two dryers which are both coin operated.
Q: What do we do if we check in past 5pm?
A:If you arrive later than 5pm, please go to the main office and find your name on the door. It will tell you what room to go to and the door will be unlocked. The key will be on the table, please come in and check in at the office first thing the next morning.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We offer street parking at the front of the property and behind the resort as well.
Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: We do have some pet-friendly rooms. There is a daily $35 pet charge and we do need advanced notification. To learn more on our Pet Policy, click the link at the top of the page.
Q: Are there personal appliances in the room?
A: We do provide coffee makers and microwaves in the room. We can loan out hairdryers on a first come first serve basis.
